Last week as I drove the three hours home from Central Illinois, my two boys aged 11 and 12 tied the wagon to one of the bikes and off they went to pick out the perfect hanging basket for me for Mother’s Day! After great deliberation and thought they used their own money to buy a gorgeous HUGE flowering basket. After my long journey there they were with the basket, a card and the biggest smiles on there faces! They were so proud of themselves! Yippee, there is good coming out of the Frat House I live in!

Their story was wonderful, and I was so proud of them.  I was chatting with my neighbor at a party last night and she almost cried as she told me about them pulling this giant plant down the street. She said it could have been one of the sweetest things she had ever seen, AND they were wearing their helmets even when I was not there to harp! Now that is a reason to replace my old cell phone so I have a better camera to capture the important moment!
